Today we just chilled out. I recorded a bunch of stuff for a vlog to explain the phone thing, showed my new camera and talked a bit about school. However, it turns out I am extraordinarily boring when I talk, so I need to learn how to talk more concise and a lot faster. I’m going to make another attempt tomorrow, if that doesn’t work I’ll just write what I want to say instead of making a video. I did however make a video from some random shots throughout the day. We just spent the day walking around and found some pretty neat stuff.

I’ve managed to find some sort of Yoghurt now. It comes in half-litle plastic/paper containers and you can see one in the image below. This was my breakfast today. I think it’s pretty expensive though.

This is one of my absolute favorite things to eat in Japan, Mister Donut:

    Nice pictures and very good film, I thing it is fine to hear your talking as well. Very good sound in that camera even if the microphone was a little bit sensitive to the wind. The picture on the samurai was that some kind of commercial thing, I mean, don’t tell me that there is samurais with long swords and knifes walking around in Japan the year of 2010 :-)

      I think it was sort of.. for the festival. He was the only one there dressed like that, but you often find people dressed up in traditional clothing during festivals.

    Great to see you 2 had an awesome free saturday! xD

    The video quality is amazing, 720p w00t! Also don't see a problem with your talking and you know you have the best buddy to teach you how to do it if you're not happy with it ;P The fish eye is cool but don't over use it (I know you probably just wanted to test) Keep them posts coming, need more input!

    Love to hear your talking, too :D Even though I can't understand 70% of them, haha ^^;;
    Also, great video indeed!! This part reminds me of GITS's OP, somehow :D

    Since you live in Nakano, try going to go to Nakano Broadway!
    It's famous for geeky collector's shops, and while I'm not a big fan of Nakano Broadway, it's worth going at least once.
    Also, the icecream shop called “Daily Chico” in the first basement is famous for this, and it doesn't cost much(300yen, if I'm correct).

    Another thing I just remembered, do you have a point card of Mister Donuts?? If you don't, make that next time you go to there.
    Oh, one more thing. Don't buy the green-tea-colored donuts!! I tried them before, but it tastes awful!! DX

    Btw, I didn't know what were you talking about here, but now I see what you meant XD
    Another popular brand is ビヒダス(bihidasu), and I really like these aloe yogurt :D

    Also, that Samurai is surprisingly good!! XD
